- All parcels via postage will be processed by external logistics company and shipping charges are all in Singapore Dollar SGD.
- All shipping rates given are not negotiable and payment is to be paid in full before any parcels is being shipped out.
- All local shipping means shipping to Singapore main island address. Any other shipping out of Singapore is considered international shipping.
- All Local Tracked Mail will be handled by SingPost and delivered to letterbox.
- Even though Local Tracked Mail comes with tracking numbers, it is delivered to your letterbox, there is still a VERY LOW chance that the postman may put into wrong address. Kindly note that BuyBricks.sg IS NOT liable for any lost tracked mails.
- All local delivery services will be handled by external logistics company or our appointed delivery company.
- International Airmail Mail services will be carried out by SingPost till it reaches the designated country.
- All customers using International Airmail customers are responsible for their respective country import tax. It is the customers responsible to verify and pay for the import tax, if applicable, when the item arrived in their country.
- Any return packages due to unpaid import taxes will not be reshipped or refunded. Customer are required to pay for shipping again for reshipping.
- Please kindly note that in conjunction of festive seasons, shipment might be delayed due to non-business day for SingPost.
- All undelivered return package regardless of any reason which is NOT under BuyBricks control, WILL NOT be reshipped. Customers are required to pay for shipping again. If customer choose to cancel order after the return package reaches us, a restocking fee of 20% of the product amount plus shipping fees, whichever higher will be chargeable. Shipping fees or any payment transaction fee are also NOT refundable.
- BuyBricks.sg is unable to deliver to Sentosa Island, Pulau Ubin or any other islands. Please kindly contact us before placing order. For delivery orders that address to Sentosa Island or Pulau Ubin, SingPost Tracked Mail will be used regardless of shipping options chosen and paid.
- BuyBricks.sg is unable to ship to restricted areas (Free Trade Zone, Jurong Island, Military Camp or Prison).
- Note that some of the postal service in some countries are unable to be shipped to a P.O. box hence a street address is highly recommended.
- If in any cases, your order has been rejected due to P.O. box address unable to delivered by any country post service issue. Kindly note that your package WILL NOT be reshipped. Please refer to point 11.
Cancellation and Charges
Buyer may choose to cancel its order when the order status is under pending for payment at no charge to PayNow contact number. Buyer will be responsible for the transaction fees for payment made via PayPal and refund amount will be order amount less transaction fees.
A restocking fee of 20% of the product amount, or $0.50, whichever higher, is chargeable when order status is under processing. PayPal transaction fees will also be deducted before the refund if payment is made via PayPal.
For pre-order orders, a restocking fee of 70% of the product amount is chargeable when order status is under processing. PayPal transaction fees will also be deducted before the refund if payment is made via PayPal.
For orders that have shipped, refund is only possible after the item is shipped back to us. Customs Declaration for Overseas Customers
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from BuyBricks.sg, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Taxes & Duties
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied by the destination country. Any additional duties and charges for customs clearance should be borne by the buyer when the order arrived at the designated country.
